Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Because all Heaven & Earth products are created in very limited quantities, we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
Approved returns will receive store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    •    unused and unopened
    •    in the same condition as received
    •    in its original packaging
    •    with all factory seals, tamper stickers, and protective labels fully intact

Our packaging—including custom boxes, seals, and labels—is considered part of the product. If the packaging has been opened, unsealed, damaged, or altered, the item is not eligible for return.

To request a return, contact us at info@heavenearthworld.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days so we can review and resolve the issue.

Damage caused after delivery, including broken seals or signs of tampering, is not eligible for return.

Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
    •    opened items or products with broken seals
    •    final sale items
    •    custom or special-order items
    •    digital products
    •    gift cards
    •    items damaged after delivery
    •    items returned without prior approval

Exchanges

Because our items are limited edition, we cannot guarantee exchanges.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Approved EU returns will receive store credit only.

Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as store credit via email.

Store credit:
    •    expires in 12 months (1 year)
    •    cannot be converted to cash
    •    can be used on any future Heaven & Earth release
