5. PRODUCTS & LIMITED-EDITION NATURE

Heaven & Earth™ produces limited-edition collectible goods.
As such:

  • Quantities are limited

  • Restocks are not guaranteed

  • Colors may vary slightly due to printing, manufacturing, and display differences

  • Once an item is sold out, it may never return

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

6. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Severe weather

  • Customs

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Once a package is marked Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and import duties.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Summary:

  • We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items

  • No cash refunds

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only

  • Packaging is considered part of the product

  • Items with broken seals, missing packaging, or signs of use are not eligible

  • Final-sale, custom items, digital downloads, and gift cards cannot be returned

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
