1. U.S. SHIPPING

FREE Standard Shipping (U.S. Only)

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase. No codes required.

Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

Expedited Options

At checkout, customers may choose upgraded shipping such as:

  • Priority Shipping

  • Express Shipping

These services are calculated at checkout and vary by location, weight, and carrier rates.

Note: Upgraded shipping speeds do not shorten our processing time — they only speed up the carrier’s delivery time.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During new releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may temporarily extend.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your package has shipped.


3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Worldwide Shipping (Available)

International orders are shipped using the carrier options available at checkout.

Costs & Delivery Times

International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, import taxes, and duties.
Heaven & Earth™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Local postal carriers

  • International inspections

If customs charges remain unpaid and the package is returned to us, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been submitted.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Old or outdated addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipment fees.


5. LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.

Heaven & Earth™ is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not found

  • Carrier delays caused by weather or logistical issues

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delivery attempts with no recipient available

If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number.

We will assist as much as possible, but carriers must be contacted first for missing-package investigations.


6. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

7. PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED EDITION RELEASES

Some items may be pre-order or limited-edition releases with special shipping timelines.
Estimated ship dates will be clearly listed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may ship together.
For split shipping, additional fees may apply.
